Kindle Cover Disasters? Yes, Please.

The rise of digital self-publishing has given way for a brand new art form: really bad Kindle book covers. Self-published writers don't always make the best designers (or writers, for that matter), as a new Tumblr, Kindle Cover Disasters, depicts. The site celebrates the creme de la creme of cringeworthy digital book artwork, which includes some really shoddy Photoshop work and amateurish illustrations, that sometimes have a touch of genius outsider artsiness. Other times, they're just really, really awful.

Along with the cover for Son of the Wind, seen above, here are some of my other favorites from Kindle Cover Disasters:

This cover has two things going for (or against) it: Papyrus font and Reverse Billy Idol (Face without eyes)
